This Friday was when my installation was due, and I had to finish my prints by then.
The prints I planned to create were a large seagull print with leaves and another print with buildings only, since the last building landscape print seemed to come out too faint in colour.
Like usual, I started by inking my roller.

I placed a few leaf stencils.

I removed the stencils, thinking it was finished, however, when I looked at it, it seemed blank.
So I thought I should add more leaves, so I tried placing the seagull and the leaf stencils exactly on the same spot on the print.
Which turned out like this:

It created a sense of movement or noise in the print, especially seen on the lines of the seagull. I didn’t intend it, but I thought it made it more interesting and ended up liking it (?).
On my building landscape print, I again used the same colours, but with this one I added darker grey in between green and light grey, wanting it to slightly differentiate in my green and grey prints.

After inking my roller, I placed the stencils.

And I added another layer on top of the buildings only, by covering the rectangular hill area with newsprint.

It turned out like this!

Overall, I was happy with the result, but I think the printing press’ pressure was too much that the edges of my paper stuck onto the ink board.
On the day of installing our prints, I used these six prints:

Originally, I was going to install only these four, but I thought the balance of the installation above seemed more stable (?) to look at.
